WE ARE OPEN TO THE PUBLIC!
The City Library has moved from curbside only to “Grab and Go” services:
Patrons will be allowed in the library to browse the shelves for materials to borrow. Curbside service is still available to accommodate patrons who wish to do so. The patron computer may be used; however, time allowed on the computer will be at the discretion of the Librarian.
SAFETY PRECAUTIONS
* Masks or cloth face coverings should be properly worn at all times. Children age 5 and under and anyone who has trouble breathing or anyone unable to remove the mask without assistance are exempt from wearing masks inside the building.
* Six feet social distancing should be maintained.
* Hand sanitizer will be available for use.
* The Librarian will clean high-touch surfaces throughout the day.
* A suggested capacity of 4 patrons in the library at a time. The Librarian may use her discretion on this number to allow a family or group in the library.
* Library materials should be returned in the outside drop box.
The Library Board thanks the Conway Springs community for your understanding and cooperation with the guidelines and curbside-only pick up during the past year. We appreciate our Librarian, Robyn Cooper, for her efforts to accommodate our patrons’ needs. The safety of your family and our patrons is our highest priority. These new guidelines are put in place to help protect our community.
